Yes, still having trouble - when I clicked the posted Pserve links above, I got Error message Error Downloads are disabled for your user type I subscibed to Pserve since 15th of this month, still cannot Download anything, can I get any credit if the problem is not solved? Please help !!

so what happened was you created a new account but logged into your old one, that's why it didn't work for you. I've issued a refund anyways.
So, whashould I do now? - Delete the Oled account and the new account as well and start over with a new email/new Pserve account?
Love the actors and actresses in this, hoping for a sequel cause of the surprise guest at the end...story was interesting.
b-lee, I spoke too soon, would NOT create a download after Episode 13 , Do not think I exceeded the download limit for the day and waited another 24 hrs to try again , No luck so fat, please help again !!
