Had anyone success in trimming their tummy? I had do sit-up but in vain nothing seems right..... Please give some suggestion...........
pilates! the first week of doing it, ur gonna feel the muscles in ur stomach 24/7. but it works...worked for me
come on let actually try to help the guy out, do something that burn fat! run a few laps, pop some push ups, crunches, situps..... anything that get your heart pumping do a little everyday
hope's all of ur suggestion will works... I will try on as this problem really borther me when i am wearing tight clothes and when i sit all fabby fats will be like layers on my body... I reallly hate this
Exercise is the best method.... Don't sit for too long everyday, especially after meals, and walk around after you take your meal. Even light stretching does help too.
cardio is the best for taking fat away. A high intensity cardio workout will be better; like sprinting for like 20 seconds or 100m or something then a light jog a little then sprint again etc...this will force your body to recover throughout the entire day, thus you'll burn more fat..plus note it helps for muscles too..so u won't just look like a marathon runner
I am trying sit-up but it really pains after i do it after the next days... I think had to do it slowly...
okay Diet is important; contain ur diet to about 1500 calories of good food. Look at the nutrients, like sugar in grams in the food, transfat etc. Always do crunchies and situp every 2 days. High reps. 50x 3 sets is good. If u do it every day , u will get burned out. Walk more also Have to continue for at least 5 months to see results. PS. Stay away from beer and carbs.
if your serious to tighten ur stomach u need to diet, as in controlign ur calorie intake, dependign out ur height and target weight calories vary, then u need to run, with out cardio the crunches n stuff wont do anythig but build muscle u will not tone without the cardio, hope it helps
Cardio vascular excersises. Running, swimming biking, etc. If you do too many abs, it will cause back problems. Why? because you back will be weaker than the front. So make sure when you're doing abs, to also do reverse abs to strengthen your back. Also swiss ball and medicine balls excersises will help. Also watch what you eat, make sure you also eat enough. Make sure you diet is fit for you. Eat the right amount of veggies, and cut down on the trans fatty foods, such as potato chips. If your having a piece of meat, you want it the size of a deck of cards. Avoid drinking juices & cofee, have water instead. When having snacks, choose something like an All Bran Bar, baby carrots, or an apple. Eat what you can burn. Have fun...
