I recall eatting these 2 foods while traveling to Asia. I know the mystery behind HK milk tea is unparalleled. I believe it is hailed as the best place from the British influence of Milk Tea but the HK people have mastered it. Anybody know the secret? I also ate some SHOYU CHOW MEIN. I recall the noodles being dark from the shoyu and done to perfection. Any suggestions? Thanks.
