That's fucking bullshit. I hope that fucker gets hit by a car and molested by monkeys. Hope you get your gear back. Have you tried posting on Photography on the net?

Oh fk that's deep, it's a good thing that you have the Serial Number for your equipments so it can provide evidence that it is yours. If I do see some Canon equipment being sold for a "too good to be true price", I'll let you know.

totally understand the pain and annoyance
it's unfortunate most people buying on the second hard market don't pay attention to serials much =(

good luck though, and hope insurance covers some?

yea, do u have any type of insurance that may cover it? that helps. if not then it is just very bad luck. I've been burgled before, it's not very nice. Hopefully the police may find the items. Sometimes they do though it is rare.

Go on ebay, and search under "advance options"
    http://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch/?rt=nc

Under "Items near me", type in your
zip code or postal code, then click "search"
This will search for selling items near you.

After you click search, "save your search".
You will get a notification if there's new item for sell under your searched keyword.

    Good luck.

Did you register all the products? That's another way to track down if the buyer/s try to register the items. Of course, like someone mentioned earlier, most people don't care to look for serial numbers for second hand stuffs. However, you just never know.

  12. Ouch dude, doesn't sound like you will be finding your gear :(
